Heavy rainfalls hit Changchun, capital of northeast China’s Jilin Province, on July 12, 2017. A low-lying hotpot place was flooded in the evening. Customers were not at all affected by the flood. They were seen eating with various gestures, lifting their legs to stay away from water. It took one hour for the restaurant to dredge and clean up the flood.
